ShineOn’s core team members collectively have more than 100 man-year technical and management experience in the field of optoelectronics, and they used to be senior technical experts or high level managers in major US optoelectronics companies, and they including Nortel, Lumileds, Luminus, Ciena, Finisar, Inphi, Corning, etc. Currently ShineOn has a few of members with PhDs degrees and MS degrees from famous US universities.
ShineOn also has more than 10 PhDs or Master graduates from famous Chinese universities. Local team members were technical leaders and experts from famous multinational companies such as Liteon, Seoul semiconductor, Everlight, Samsung etc, bringing in tremendous production management experience, quality and process control experience.
